1. Policy Scope
This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds for transactions conducted within the “Fakka” app, for both users and merchants.
2. Non-Refundable Transactions
* All transactions made within the app are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once successfully completed.
* This is because the transaction value is either directly converted into points in the user’s wallet or used to activate a merchant subscription within the app.
3. Use of Points After Conversion
* Once the amount is converted into points, the points become part of the user’s balance within the app.
* The transaction cannot be reversed or refunded as a purchase.
4. Alternative Ways to Use the Balance
Users can benefit from their points balance through:
* Transferring points to another user within the Fakka app.
* Withdrawing the value of points as cash via approved electronic payment services such as Fawry.
* Using points to make purchases from merchants participating in the app.
5. User Responsibility
* The user is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the transaction before completing it.
* The app management is not responsible for transactions that were correctly executed based on the user’s request.
6. Policy Updates
Fakka app management reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice.
7. Acceptance
By using the Fakka app and completing any transaction, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

All transactions within the app are considered final once executed, and your use of the app constitutes explicit acceptance of this condition.
